Cancellation Policy

Unlike many dental offices that double-book appointments, we only schedule one patient at a time. This allows us to thoroughly evaluate your condition and recommend the best treatments for your individual needs. In setting aside your apointment time, we kindly request that you arrive promptly for your visit, as we do everything in our power to ensure that you are seen courteously and on time. Should you need to cancel your appointment for any reason, we require a minimum of 48 hours advance notice; this will allow us the opportunity to offer your appointment time to another patient. If we do not receive 48 hours (2 working days) notice, a cancellation fee of $85 will be charged to your account.   

Due to the fact that Dr. Caligiuri provides many types of dental services, various circumstances may lengthen the time allocated for a procedure. Emergency cases can also arise and cause delays. We appreciate your understanding and patience.
